Shipping Policy



  • Standard: 4 to 6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) – $9
  • Express: 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) – $22


Have your orders delivered within 24 hours, we will send you a confirmation email once your item is dispatched.

  • Same day or scheduled delivery: 7 days a week including weekends and holidays – $15


  • Standard: 6 to 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) – $25

For all shipping methods(excluding the local delivery option), orders placed will be shipped from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


Please allow additional time for orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses.

For orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses, rural postal codes, and remote locations considered “beyond points”, we can reach your destination through Standard shipping only. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.


Once an order has shipped, we’ll send you an e-mail with the tracking number. Just click on the link to take you to the carrier’s website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take up to 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our carrier’s site.

You can also track your order in your order history. Just log into your account using your e-mail address and password, then click on your order number in your order history. The tracking number will appear under the ‘Status & Tracking’ column. Click on the link to get the tracking information for your order.


We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and email Customer Care so that we can assist you with your order as needed.

Please note that if you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.


Please make sure your shipping address is correct , because we cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
